To the previous blogger,

I am not quite sure what fighting within the family you are speaking of, but I am interested in your comments on Allisons husband. I am concerned for her two daughters as it sound like you are as well. I would certainly appreciate any information that you have, you never know it could be extremely helpful.

There is a place on the website to contact us, and I will recieve the email, and if you wish you can still remain annonymous. We are looking for all and any help that you are capable of giving.

    Only support, I pray daily for your family and Allison. I am extremely upset that noone has come forward with information. I cannot believe that no one knows anything. That being said, I will continue to pray for your family and trust that you will soon find closure.

    I too am upset that no one has come forward with more information as well. I know that there is at the very least one person out there in Wilmington that knows what happened, and more than one that saw more than they are saying. There is still reward money out there as well, yet no one speaks up and I would like to know why that is. When they do speak up it is anonymously and through this blog.

    Your prayers and support are so needed and appreciated, so for that I thank you. As you remember Allison and our family remember that there are countless others in Allison's shoes that walk the same path as my family. Prayer and faith is the one thing that really gets me through, as well as so many others.

    Once again, as the holidays are fast approaching if you know anything at all please contact Detective Overton at Wilmington PD or CUE Centers tip line, or me through this website. What a great gift you would be giving our family and Allison's daughters who are still without their Mother!

    After 16 months, this path has not gotten easier to travel, it gets lonelier, more frustrating and is littered with obstacles. Obstacles, that should not be in the way of the truth we seek.

    Again please continue with your prayers and thank you for what you offer in those prayers and your words on this site. It is good to know that people check in and care.

    Thank you for your kind words. While I do not know if there is ever closure, there is a definite need for resolution and answers. The healing process needs to begins as you say.

    There will never be justice for Angela Nobles Rothen (One of the coolest women I ever knew) and Allison Foy-Jackson. Why? Because her family has not been honest with the public or, I think, themselves. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings but I want the killer caught! I knew Allison somewhat and the picture shown of here is not the Allison we on the street know. We know her by her mug shot and sorry to say - if that picture was printed you would probably get more leads. An officer showed me both and I did not recognize her in her cleaned up photo. I asked the officer why they didn't use the street pic and he said the family didn't want it shown. Well, there goes a lot of leads that would help find a killer. I also know that she smoked crack and worked the streets but the parents withheld that info also.out of fear of embarrassment. I'm not trying to hurt any one but I want this person caught in the worst way. He murdered to lovely women that we know of - how many more have or will die because of a photo or facts?

    Regardless of Allison's lifestyle choices, she deserves justice as do the other women who's remains were found. Yes, it seems her life may have been out of sorts but we have ALL had rough times in our lives but didn't deserve to be murdered or forgotten!!!!! It is a terribly tragic story and all who loved her deserve empathy and prayers for strength to go on without her. I cannot imagine losing my sisters. God love you, Lisa.     Can someone PLEASE tell me why the bartender at the pub who called a cab for Allisin that night, cannot or will not remember WHO he called to pick her up!!! The cab driver walked INTO the bar & both the bartender & Chris saw him & said he asked Allison if she was the one needing a cab AND she walked out with him. WHY can neither of them identify who the man was, what cab company was called, or give a description of him?? Or a sketch? How can the bartender have NOT known who he called OR who picked her up?? And both the bartender AND Chris were asked shortly after her disappearance, so this makes NO sense to me at all. IF it was Tim & he was called on his home phone (no record), then why did it take so long for his name to even come up, especially as the bartender most likely called one of the three names of cab drivers on that list, one of which was Tim Iononne. How could he even forget who he called or who he POSSIBLY called. The man walked into the bar for God's sake & Chris saw him too. This is driving me insane that no one was asked to identify this man or asked to work with a sketch artist for a likeness. Just seems like the most obvious lead that was entirely wasted in the very earliest days of the investigation.

    I am so very sorry & hope that this monster is finally brought to bear for the evil he has perpetrated. As Tim says, the person responsible should be executed....hmmm, interesting comment from the person who likely IS.

    I really agree with Elizabeth27. Between Allison’s friend, Chris W. and the bartender, there should be a sufficient description of the cab driver to really move the investigation. The cab driver is the key the whole key and the only key. One thing that occurred to me to consider is that, as it is stated in the show that the one suspect Tim Iannone would frequently hang out in the bar in his off hours, well, maybe when the bartender (who I believe was a woman, from the show) was asked to call a cab; maybe she never called any number; maybe she walked down to the other end of the bar and asked Tim Iannone if he wanted to take a fare home, and he did, and he is the one who responded. This would explain any lack of any phone records. I had actually noticed that on the show, on ID, when the narrator says that Chris W. asked the bartender to call Allison a cab; the narrator then says – At that time a man showed up….. almost as if the cab driver showed up within a minute of Allison’s friend Chris asking for a cab. Iannone may have already been in the bar. And/or, the fact that, they also state that they would frequently call Iannone on his personal cell phone. I’m beside myself as to how this was not investigated when it should have been.

    I’d like to elaborate some on the previous post. Again, the cab driver is the whole key. Either a cab driver was called or was not; either a cab driver showed up or did not; either Allison left with a cab driver or she did not. That also includes the possibility as I mentioned of Tim Iannone being in the bar at the time, and the bartender simply walking down to the other end of the bar, or waving him down in whatever part of the bar he was in and asking him if he wanted to take a fare, etc… If in fact she did leave with a cab driver, there are basically two possible scenarios. The cab driver took her to where she requested to be taken or he didn’t. If he did, then, if it’s the case that he dropped her at home; then that’s where the investigation goes, and then the husband becomes a more serious suspect. If she left with a cab driver and never made it home (or anywhere else); then the cab driver is responsible for her death. Frankly, with all the attention on this case, even in the time frame from where Allison was considered missing, and before she was known to be deceased; it seems like any cab driver who did pick her up and deliver her to her destination, presumably home, then it seems almost certain that some cab driver would have come forward many years ago, and stating that the woman who is missing, is one that he picked up and delivered her to her home. This it seems would have been likely regardless of any technicalities, like cab logs or phone records or anything else. And even if any one cab driver hadn’t noticed the news, with this being the story at the time of a woman disappearing after getting a cab from a bar, then, someone in the cab community, someone at any one of the cab companies, would have brought it to the attention of whoever may have been that cab driver. Or, if she did leave with a cab driver, and she did not make it home, and it is in fact the cab driver who took her life, then, that’s why there was no cab driver coming forward on the issue. I was just dumbfounded when I watched the show on Investigation Discovery and when the circumstances were described where a cab was called and Allison left with the cab driver and the detective states that – “We checked all the cab company logs, and there were no reports of trips to that bar that night” – or whatever the exact wording. That’s unbelievable! As if to say – “Oh well – I guess we can’t solve this, there aren’t any cab company records” – unbelievable. Like I said, either she left with a cab driver or she didn’t. If she left with a legitimate cab driver, then he can identify where he delivered her. If not, then you have the cab driver as a suspect. The investigators could have found enough information from the folks in the bar that night; and by soliciting information by visiting all the cab companies. Also, the fact that the bar had pre-set lists of cabs that they would call, which I presume is pretty common; they probably call either of one or two, possibly three at the most, and this particular bar even had a personal cell phone number for the suspect Tim Iannone; and, on top of this, he may well have been in the bar at that time, which explains the lack of cab logs or phone records of any kind. I hope the family gets the information they need.

    im so sorry what has happened to allison. i was watching it on the tv it broke my heart to see her family begging for someone to tell them where she was and to hear that she has 2 babys that need her. for what it matters WE ALL go thru tough times and for some1 to say mean hurtfull things when they are looking for this girl is just EVIL! i pray for her family that they found the person that did this. many prayers for u!

    I have just come to this blog for the first time in a while and saw these new comments. I cam here today because as the anniversary (Monday, July 30th) of Allison's disappearance and ultimately murder approach, I have been soul searching of sorts and looking back at these long six years.

    There are some recent comments about Allison saying she walked the street etc. and that my family and I refused to show certain pictures of her because we were embarrassed. NOTHING can be farther from the truth! All avenues concerning this"double life" were looked at and are not true. The photo you speak of was taken when there was a call of domestic violence at her residence. I know Allison had problems but once again you speak of something you know nothing about. I know Allison was working through her issues at the time she went missing, and any way all of that matter not. Allison was murdered, her life stolen from her daughters and family, never given the chance to become who she was on her way to being. That is what matters, no one deserves to die the way she and Angela did.

    For those that saw the Discovery ID show, many things were not handled right in the beginning of this investigation, because the police did not investigate. I could elaborate and go on but that is in the past and I believe our current detective cares and is on the right path. I have no doubts that justice will be served one day!

    That being said, for whatever reason, there are people out there who still hold on to information that could help solve this case. I beg you to please come forward and share what you know, you can remain anonymous.

    Finally on this road I have been blessed by many graces disguised, many who now play such an important part of my life, many whom have shown true love and compassion and whom have walked with me each step of the way..God bless you all.

    This weekend please join with my family and I in prayer for justice for Allison and resolution in this case.

    As I look back this weekend I will remember Allison's bright smile, love of life and all the gifts she left behind, especially her two children!

    I Watched the show on ID Investigation. I think you had better look closely at the cab driver. There is no such thing as a coincidence. He was found guilty of the attack on the street walker. He is familiar with the body site. Many things stand out with this creep. Just my opinion. I am very sorry this has happened to your sister and I feel bad for the family.
    Remember a cab was called for her and she left. Don't forget the cabbie had an alibi, he was home with his wife. Tell me, what wife would stand by a man like that unless she too was hiding something? The cab driver should be look at again and again until they get it right.

    I just watched the episode of disappeared on Allison. After watching it I was intrigued to see Tim Iannone's Dateline interview. And I have to say that I am 110% convinced he is the killer. I would bet my life on it. Just because there was no phone call for a cab doesn't mean he didn't pick her up. He's a predator and he knows that late at night a woman would see a cab driver as a safe ride. He could've been sitting in the parking lot in his cab and she went up to him asked for a ride and since he was off the clock and all he knew this would be a perfect chance to kill and get away with it. Or he could've been lurking outside the bar and saw her come out by herself and offered her the ride and had planned the situation out so that he would be able to say I wasn't on the clock no one made a phone call to me. Too many things connect these women to a cab driver with a shady reputation. Sociopath's are very capable of passing lie detector tests as well. I would push to have him take a new one with questions about both women. I know this sounds silly but I am very good at knowing when someone is lying and Tim Iannone is lying. I watched his interview and you could see it all over his face. He also said the killer should get the death penalty. Many times murderer's will say something like that, thinking, if I was guilty I wouldn't say that. I hope they get enough evidence some day soon to put him a way. I have no doubt Tim Iannone is the killer and I believe his wife knows but can't face it. I wish someone could put the pressure on her. Tim Iannone is a murderer.

    Just watched the show on Disappeared. I'm a resident of NC so I always take special interest to things that happen in parts of the state I'm familiar with. Honestly, I believe we all know who the killer is, and it's good to see that he's continued to add to his Rap sheet, and is now behind bars with an 8 year sentence. Now is the time for investigators to continue the interviewing process, and offer him a plea bargain. They could offer to drop all the consolidated convictions that gave him this 8 year sentence, in exchange for a manslaughter charge if he confesses to the murder. This might not get him death, or even life in prison, but this tactic is used across the country when it's important for the family to get closure.     The other option is to apply pressure to Tim's wife, now that he is out of the picture. Surely she's more of a human being than to protect a habitual felon with a rap sheet that long. Why throw your life away for somebody like that. You KNOW what he's capable of.

    I also have just finished watching ID and the first thing that came to my mind during the show was also : Who called for the cab, what cab did they call? Her friend says a cab was called and bartenders and patrons confirm one showed up. Who was it? Get a composite sketch of him. Who are they trying to protect? If they are trying to protect Allison and she disappeared on her own then they owe the family information and relief. BE HUMAN! And Dave is right, maybe Tim was already there. Too much coincidence: A cab is called, Tim is a cab driver and known and also, by the way, a criminal? Whomever killed Allison also killed Angela. The killer used the same area for burial because he knew it was safe because he had already buried someone there and gotten away with it.Could Lisa or Police please answer these questions definitively? Or the PI? What has he found.

    Watching Disappeared right now concerning Allison. I live in Leland, NC, right next to Wilmington. Please know she has not been forgotten. Every so often, her case is on the local news and mentioned by the Cue center. Curious if there is any new developments? Sending love and hope to your family.

    I was very pleased to hear there may be a break in Allison's case, announced tonight on WECT. Has anyone heard anything?? And whoever killed poor Allison, must also have killed the other woman whose remains were found nearby. What are the chances two completely different people would pick the same place to bury their victims?? Justice is long overdue for both of these women.

    I live in Dallas Tx. Saw 'Disappeared' this morning regarding Allison. I was issued a phone #by TMobile about 4 years ago in that had belonged to a Allison Foy. After, I received many collection calls for her. There was a call from a DOJ agent looking for her in regard to a fraud investigation. Most recently, that same # was used at my own Bank to open an account in someone eles's name. I called a Det. Odom in Willington, and he said their investigation had no leads to Texas. I find it odd, that someone may be a vitims id for fraud uses... My sympathies to these families. I wanted to share this information.

    I know I probably shouldn't be posting on here but I'm Allison's youngest daughter Jordan, in now 15 and my mom has been dead for 10 years almost 11. I just want to thank everyone who comes on here and shares good memories and good things about my mom and for those who have nothing nice to say we would all appreciate it if you kept them unsaid. But my mom was amazing from what I remember and reading some good things helps a lot so thank you everyone.

    I have not come to this blog or website for quite some time now and I am amazed at the new comments even after all these years. There was another website set up for Allison after this one which is currently down. I just wanted to say that I will never stop fighting for justice for my sister, she deserves it and the city of Wilmington deserves to be safe from serial killers such as the one I believe took the life of my sister and Angela Rothen. Justice is long past due and I will only say that people need to start doing their job. I have been silent for over 10 years now and the time is near for me to speak and I will.

    I am thankful and grateful to all who have traveled this journey with me and those that have stayed all these years later and never abandoned me, they know who they are.

    So much has happened in these 10 years but I do not forget, this case, justice is just as important for me today as it was when we began. The truth about everything will come out. Still miss and love you sister!
